Leader Instruments and PHABRIX will exhibit at the NAB SHOW 2024 to be held in Las Vegas from April 13 to April 17, 2024. (Booth No. C5521, Central Hall)

Leader and PHABRIX will showcase their latest solutions to help smooth the SDI / ST2110 transition. This year will feature both new hardware and software optimized for easy operation of hybrid systems spanning SDI and IP, HD and UHD, SDR and HDR, or uncompressed IP and compressed JPEG XS.

The technical landscape today is especially challenging with the multitude of formats in production, broadcast, and streaming workflows. Leader and PHABRIX remain committed to meet the latest demands for measurement and monitoring from broadcasters, production studios, remote production centers, broadcast truck operators, post-production companies, equipment manufacturers, and online media service providers.

Some of the solutions to be shown at the NAB 2024 booth include:

1. The LV5600 / LV7600 waveform monitors and rasterizers

The LV5600 / LV7600 have continued to offer new features since their launch, and new functions that embody market demands will continue through firmware updates. The JPEG XS option, introduced last year, monitors the popular ultra-low latency, lightweight image encoding system in parallel with source SDI or IP feeds.

2. The New LT4670 Sync Generator

The LT4670 is a natural evolution to the popular LT4610 and offers customers unmatched flexibility, reliability, and redundancy with a full range of options. The booth display will demonstrate new options for 25G IP and 12G SDI test signal outputs along with the unit’s multiple analog sync outputs, digital audio, word clock, LTC, GNSS, PTP, 4K QUAD, 3G-SDI, and HD-SDI features.

The QxP offers deep 25G IP analysis, unmatched 12G SDI monitoring and physical layer analysis, high quality waveform rendering, and battery, DC, and AC power operation - all in a portable package. The QxP is now enhanced with full range support for both 10 bit and 12 bit video formats, both analysis and generation.

These and other new solutions will be on hand for demonstrations to visitors to the Leader PHABRIX booth at the 2024 NAB Show.
