Just 3 Simple Steps for Faster Processing:
1. Please contact the service center by email or phone.
2. To request repair or calibration, please fill in the “Repair/Calibration Form” and send it to us.
After we receive your request, we will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Print out the email with the RMA number and send it with the product to the following address.
